Three of the four Ryobi 40v batteries used for landscaping equipment that I own have failed within three weeks of purchase. I had difficulty exchanging the first tool, but eventually did.
After the second and third battery failures (within one day of each other), I returned the items. I left a negative review on the Home Depot website and "Blair" (firstname.lastname@example.org) from Ryobi offered a replacement battery and requested that the review be removed, which it was.
Interestingly, I still cannot leave a review for this product on Home Depot's website, they are either denied or deleted once approved. I'm not out any money, but I am out a few hours of time.
Product or Service Mentioned: Ryobi Tools Battery.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
